Quotation terms
1. Nature of Auto-Quote and Estimation Disclaimer
- Non-Binding Estimate: The estimation generated by this automated tool is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer or executable contract. Dynajet Aviation reserves the right to revise pricing, lead times, and technical feasibility following a manual review of the aircraft file and technical documentation.
- Accuracy of Customer Data: All estimated prices are strictly contingent upon the accuracy and completeness of the information provided by the customer during online entry. Any subsequent discrepancies found regarding the aircraft's condition, location, or technical records may result in adjustments to pricing and delivery schedules.
- Validity: Automated quotes are valid for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of generation. Prices are subject to change without notice after this period.
2. Operational and Logistics Requirements
- Remote Teardown Facility: For remote teardowns, the customer is responsible for providing a suitable teardown location and a secure warehouse for parts processing and storage.
- Packaging and Handling: Basic packaging is included. Wooden crates or specialized packaging are charged extra. Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) protection is included in the parts removal price.
- Hazardous Materials and Fluids (Hazmat): Unless explicitly stated and included in the final quote, the draining, eco-friendly handling, and disposal of fluids (fuel, oil, hydraulic fluid) and hazardous materials remain the sole responsibility of the customer or will be subject to additional fees.
- Tooling and Specialized Equipment: Engine stands purchase or rental (including shipping) is not included. Engine removal tooling, other specialized tooling, and testing equipment (including shipping) are not included in the quote.
- Excluded Expenses: Transportation, customs brokerage, transportation insurance, and ferry flight costs are not included.
3. Liabilities, Delays, and Payment Terms
- Delays and Standby Fees: Any delay in supplying the required documentation (AMM, IPC, Excel lists, or LLP records) at least 30 days prior to project start may incur standby fees or lead to the rescheduling of the project at the customer's expense.
- Force Majeure and Weather: Dynajet Aviation shall not be held liable for execution delays caused by adverse weather conditions (particularly for remote teardowns), airport restrictions, runway closures, or any event beyond its reasonable control.
- Payment and Right of Lien: No parts will be shipped prior to all outstanding amounts being paid in full to Dynajet Aviation. Dynajet Aviation maintains a legal right of lien over all processed parts, engines, or components until all issued invoices are paid in full.
- Confidentiality: All pricing, cost structures, and estimates generated by this web tool are the exclusive property of Dynajet Aviation and are strictly confidential.
